Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.mysculptaura.com, owned by My Sculpt Aura, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller” or “we.”

By validating your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these conditions.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in the context of the online sale of products offered by My Sculpt Aura.
They apply to all sales concluded via the website, both in France and abroad.

2. Products

The products offered are described with the utmost care and accuracy.
Photographs, texts, and technical specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly depending on screen settings or production batches.
My Sculpt Aura cannot be held liable for minor differences.

3. Orders

Customers may place an order via the website www.mysculptaura.com.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these GTC.

Once the order is validated and payment completed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the Customer’s address.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are indicated separately before final order confirmation.

My Sculpt Aura reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering via one of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Other secure payment methods (subject to availability)

All transactions are encrypted and secured via SSL protocol.
No banking data is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.
Average delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

My Sculpt Aura cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure events (strikes, weather, customs, etc.).

In the event of loss or non-receipt, the Customer must contact our customer service within a reasonable period to initiate an investigation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of error on our part.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product or negligence by the Customer.

My Sculpt Aura does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted but commits to maintaining it as effectively as possible.

9. Personal Data

Information collected on the website is required to process orders and manage customer service.
Data is protected in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

10. Intellectual Property

All elements on the website (texts, visuals, logos, images, designs, brand names, etc.) are the exclusive property of My Sculpt Aura.

By validating an order on www.mysculptaura.com, the Customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
