At My Sculpt Aura, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions described below.


Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal β€” without the need to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include the invoice or order number

Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene products or underwear whose packaging has been opened


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for your purchase.
